Should you wish to serve alcohol at your event you will need to download and complete the alcohol licence form

Booking rates


A deposit of 25% of the total charge is required when booking. The final balance must be paid 1 week prior
to the event along with a separate refundable damage deposit cheque of £100. 

REgular Bookings

Will be invoiced monthly. They can use the kitchen for tea and coffee making only, if not booked and paid for by other parties. 


Cheques should be made payable to Hemyock Parish Hall.
